Overview
This work is intentionally structured to respect time, attention, and confidentiality.
There is a defined beginning, disciplined middle, and clear conclusion: the completion of your Leadership Manifesto. The process is designed to integrate into an executive schedule without becoming another cognitive burden.
This is not a light or passive engagement. It requires protected attention, honest reflection, and disciplined follow-through between sessions. The structure exists to make that effort productive rather than diffuse or overwhelming.
Duration
The engagement runs 2-3 months, depending on pacing and availability. The timeline is established at the outset and remains stable throughout the process.
There is no expectation of ongoing or indefinite coaching.
Structure
Sessions are one-on-one, privately held, and run for 60 minutes. Each builds directly on prior work.
Sessions are used to clarify, refine, and apply insight to real leadership conditions—not for open-ended exploration. Each is focused, structured, and outcome-driven.
Cadence
Sessions are typically held weekly or biweekly, depending on preference and schedule. The pace is set to maintain momentum without creating artificial urgency or fatigue.
Once established, it is maintained to preserve continuity and focus.
Expectations
Clients are expected to:
Protect time for sessions
Arrive prepared and engaged
Complete the between-session reflection work for each stage
The depth of engagement between sessions directly determines the clarity and durability of the outcome.
No performative vulnerability or personal disclosure is required.
Investment
This is not hourly coaching. It's a structured engagement designed to produce a complete leadership framework that remains usable for years.
This includes:
All one-on-one sessions
Between-session exercises and frameworks
Email access for questions between sessions
Development of your complete Leadership Manifesto
All materials and deliverables
Completion
The process is anchored by a single outcome: the development of a clear, usable leadership manifesto that holds under real-world conditions. Clients leave with:
A completed Leadership Manifesto
A personal reference for what matters most
Greater clarity in how to lead under pressure
The work is designed to stand on its own. There is no dependency afterward.
